Mallika Bhaskar

Mallika Bhaskar is currently working as a Behavioural Architect at Cowry Consulting, where Mallika applies behavioural insights to energy regulation. Prior to this, Mallika worked as a Behavioural Scientist at Ofgem, focusing on understanding consumer attitudes and behaviours in the energy market. Mallika also has experience as a Design-Thinking Intern at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories and GfK, where Mallika worked on projects related to improving patient experiences and marketing effectiveness. Mallika holds a Master of Science degree in Behaviour Change from UCL, a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from UCL, and has participated in a Summer Program at Harvard University focused on Mind, Brain, and Consciousness.
