Sarnjit Kaur

Sarnjit Kaur is the Chief People Officer at Cox Automotive UK. Sarnjit has over fifteen years of experience in human resources, with a focus on developing and delivering HR people plans across a multifaceted range of diverse and complex Santander Business Divisions. Sarnjit has also served as the Divisional People Projects & Performance Manager, delivering strategic people projects impacting c4500 FTE Contact centre employees. In this role, they were responsible for the planning, scoping, design and implementation of strategic people projects, as well as the management of people work streams for multiple strategic projects and transformation involving complex people change and transformation impacting Santander UK Customer Contact sites.

Sarnjit Kaur has a post graduate diploma in CIPD from Leeds Beckett University, a certificate in management studies (CMS) from Robert Gordon University, and a bachelor's degree in law (LLB) from Staffordshire University. Sarnjit is also certified by the CIPD as a chartered fellow.
