Carmen Cook

Carmen Cook, sHRBP, currently serves as Senior Director HRBP at Cox Automotive Inc. since April 2013, overseeing regional human resources for a software company and managing six facilities and six senior professionals. Prior to this role, Carmen worked as a Human Resource Manager at Kohl's E-Commerce from April 2010 to March 2013, focusing on strategic human resource partnerships with executive leadership in a high-performing retail distribution network. Carmen began a career at ABX Air, Inc. in 1993, holding positions including Corporate Compliance Manager and Employee Relations Coordinator, driving corporate integrity and compliance while managing workplace issues. Carmen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Cum Laude, from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee and attended the MBA Program at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
