Deborah Beil

Deborah (Debi) Beil is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resources management. Currently serving as Senior Director of HRBP at EssilorLuxottica since October 2015, Beil partners with executive leaders and field teams to enhance organizational efficiency, labor cost alignment, and talent development. Previous roles include Head of Human Resources at Southern Air, where Beil provided strategic advice on talent management and organizational change, and Human Resources Business Partner at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. Earlier career positions at Comair and Fifth Third Bank encompassed various HR functions, including labor relations and talent management. Beil holds a Master of Science in Executive Leadership and Organizational Change and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Northern Kentucky University.
