Rick MacConnell

Rick MacConnell is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in engineering and software development, currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at Cox Automotive Inc. since April 2021. Previously, Rick held the position of Associate Vice President of Technology at Cox Automotive from September 2017 to April 2021 and was the Senior Director of Development at Manheim from January 2006 to September 2017. Rick's career includes roles such as Director of Enterprise Architecture and Lead Architect at AutoTrader.com, as well as Senior Software Engineer at CarrierPoint, Inc. Rick holds a Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from Georgia State University.
