David began as an Associate at Richards, Watson & Gershon from December 1987 to August 1994, specializing in public law for public entities throughout California, and previously held an Associate position at McCutchen, Doyle, Brown & Enersen, engaged in land use and environmental litigation from August 1986 to December 1987. David obtained a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. in Politics from New York University.
