Kevin Dixon

Kevin Dixon has a diverse work experience in marketing and business development roles within the legal industry. Kevin currently holds the position of Firm-Wide Director, Business Development & Marketing at Cox, Castle & Nicholson LLP, where they oversee marketing strategies for the firm. Prior to this, they served as the Global Head of Strategic Pursuits at Paul Hastings, where they established a Strategic Pursuits Center and secured engagements with Fortune 100 companies. Kevin also worked at Allen Matkins and Jackson Lewis P.C., where they managed marketing efforts and developed business strategies. Kevin began their career as a Marketing Associate at Thelen LLP and later worked as a Senior Marketing Coordinator at Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp LLP. Kevin holds a project coordinator role at the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law prior to their career in marketing.

Kevin Dixon attended UCLA from 2001 to 2004 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. Kevin has also obtained additional certifications, including a Business Development Master Coach Certification from LawVision LLC in October 2020, and they are a graduate of the Business Development Institute from The Ackert Advisory in September 2015.
