Rachel Baranek

Rachel Baranek is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic operations and engineering within the telecommunications and retail industries. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Operations & Engineering at Cox Communications since July 2021, Rachel previously held senior roles at Spectrum, SEPHORA, and Gap Inc., where responsibilities included leadership in engineering, knowledge management, and IT analysis across global store support for various brands. Earlier career highlights include managerial positions at Verizon Wireless, where Rachel focused on eCommerce and product development for 4G LTE services, as well as consulting roles at firms such as TMNG Global and CenturyTel. Rachel holds a Mini-MBA in Digital Marketing from Rutgers University and a Master’s degree in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications from Michigan State University.
