Rielly Lavery

Rielly Lavery is a Digital Operations Customer Experience Designer at Cox Communications, where responsibilities include collaboration with UX designers to create user-friendly digital interfaces and analyzing customer feedback to improve digital services. Previously held the position of Driving Digital Analyst Co-op at Cox, conducting competitive research and enhancing user experience. In addition, Rielly serves as a Research Assistant at GoodRoads, focusing on the analysis of artificial intelligence to improve road quality analytics. As Public Relations Vice President for Gamma Phi Beta International Sorority, Rielly advises on PR strategies and organizes events to increase attendance. Rielly has also successfully built a swim lessons business, providing personalized instruction. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with minors in Business Analytics and Marketing, and Information Systems Management from Auburn University's Harbert College of Business, expected to graduate in May 2025.
