Victor Waycuilis

Victor Waycuilis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sourcing, procurement, and vendor management. Currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Sourcing & Procurement for Professional Services & Staff Augmentation at Cox Communications since July 2020, Victor has previously held significant roles including Senior Manager of Indirect Sourcing at Cox Automotive Inc., where oversight of a $175MM strategic sourcing approach was achieved. Prior to that, Victor directed the Business Process Outsourcing Governance at Assurant, managing vendor performance and risk. Additional experience includes program management for the Dodd-Frank initiative at TD and vice president roles at Citizens Financial Group, overseeing substantial expenditure and vendor relationships. Victor holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago.
