Patrick Flynn

Patrick Flynn is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and process improvement. Currently serving as a Business Unit Manager at Cox & Company since April 2019, Patrick previously held roles such as Senior Process Engineer and Product Engineer at Pawling Engineered Products, Inc., where key contributions included integrating new processes and designing automated systems to enhance product yields and reduce costs. Earlier positions include Project Engineer at Day & Zimmermann and Hasbro, along with a Field Engineer Intern role at LutechResources. Patrick gained foundational experience in customer service management at Target.
