Harris Putnam has extensive experience in talent acquisition and technical sourcing, currently serving as Sr. Manager - Technical Sourcing at Cox Enterprises since June 2016. In this role, Harris leads a team of technical sourcers, overseeing recruitment efforts to secure top technical talent across the organization. Previously, as Sr. Manager - Talent Acquisition (Technology) at Cox Communications, Harris focused on recruiting for software development, data analytics, and cybersecurity roles while utilizing data-driven strategies to enhance employee engagement and development. Earlier positions include leadership roles in technical recruitment at Cox Automotive and The Home Depot, where Harris managed recruitment strategies and branding initiatives. With a career beginning in 2004, Harris has also held positions in various recruitment and management capacities, supported by a degree in Business Administration from Kennesaw State University.
