Kristyn Brennan

Kristyn Brennan, SPHR, Prosci, currently serves as Board Chair of the Employee Experience Board at Board.org, part of FiscalNote, since January 2024, and is the Senior Director of Employee Engagement and Experience Strategy at Cox Enterprises since May 2023. Previous roles include Head of Global Site Experience at Workday, where Kristyn led initiatives across 78 global sites, and Executive Director of Talent Practices at Cox Communications, where leadership in talent strategies and employee engagement was showcased. Earlier experience includes directorships in organizational culture at North Highland and change strategy consulting at Kaiser Permanente.
