Laduan Percell serves as the Lead Payroll Specialist at Cox Enterprises since June 2022, specializing in Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence management while overseeing End-to-End payroll for a complex multi-state corporation. With over a decade of experience, Laduan has previously held roles including Payroll Analyst - Business Specialist and Payroll Integrations Coordinator at Johnson & Johnson, managing payroll systems, data integrity, and employee experiences for large personnel bases. Early career experience includes positions as Sr. Foundation Accountant at Baptist Health Care, Payroll Manager at Escambia County BCC, and Program Manager at FL Mentor Network, where Laduan developed expertise in financial analysis, payroll accuracy, and program management. Laduan holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, both from the University of West Florida.
