Roland Ambe

Roland Ambe serves as the Director of Sustainability at Cox Enterprises since June 2021, leading the Environmental Sustainability program for Cox Automotive and driving initiatives towards Zero Waste to Landfill and carbon and water neutrality. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager of Operational Excellence at Cox Automotive, where Roland designed and implemented a Lean Six Sigma program, and a tenure at GE, which involved various leadership positions focused on Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement within North America Repair Services. Roland also held engineering roles at several companies, including project management for tire and wheel assembly facilities and electrical design engineering, underscoring a strong foundation in both management and engineering disciplines. Roland earned an MBA from Indiana University Southeast and a BS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
