Tamara Aranbayeva is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing people, culture, and change within leading companies. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of People, Culture, & Change at Cox Enterprises since December 2023, Tamara previously held the position of Head of GTM Strategy & Execution for Cox Edge at Cox Communications from December 2021 to December 2023. Prior roles include Director of Technology Service Delivery at FLEETCOR and various positions at Cox Automotive Inc., where responsibilities included Lead Agile Design Thinking Coach, Program Manager, and Sr. Project Manager.
