Steve has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration & Marketing from the University of Arkansas and is currently pursuing a Masters of Theological Studies in Church Revitalization at Midwest Baptist Theological University. Throughout their career, Steve has demonstrated expertise in implementing performance improvement initiatives, driving cost savings, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
