Ashley Smith has a strong background in talent acquisition and has held various director-level roles in companies specializing in autism and developmental disabilities support. Ashley worked as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Coyne & Associates Education Corp. since 2022, and previously held the same position at Intercare Therapy, Inc. from 2019 to 2022.
