Andrew Woolf

Andrew Woolf currently serves as the Vice President of Strategy and Innovation at Cozen O'Connor, a position held since December 2023. Prior to this role, Woolf was the General Counsel and Head of Business Operations at IMPaCT Care and Chief Operating Officer at Coast Payments, which provides financial technology solutions for businesses. Woolf also held senior roles at Lyft, where regional operations were scaled significantly, and at Amplify, where operational and customer success functions were built for an edtech startup. Early experience includes advising senior officials at the US Treasury, working as an associate at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, and clerking for federal judges. Woolf earned a J.D. from Yale Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Williams College.
