Cayla Preston

Cayla Preston is currently serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at Cozen O'Connor since July 2023. Previously, Cayla held various positions at Aston Carter, including Corporate Healthcare Recruiter and Customer Support Recruiter, from January 2021 to June 2023. Earlier experience includes a Human Resources Internship at Cozen O'Connor in 2019, along with internship roles at Cozen O'Connor and Fairfield University, where responsibilities included leadership training and mentoring first-year students. Cayla Preston earned a Bachelor of Science in Management with minors in Spanish and Marketing from Fairfield University in 2020 and attended Florence University of the Arts in 2019. Educational background also includes a High School Diploma from The Academy of Notre Dame de Namur, obtained in 2016.
