Mindy J. Herczfeld

Mindy joined the Philadelphia office in 2007, and is the firm’s Chief Legal Talent Officer. She is responsible for managing the firm's legal recruiting and attorney professional development. Mindy oversees a variety of hiring including lateral associates, staff attorneys, entry-level associates, summer associates and paralegals. In addition, Mindy oversees aspects of the career development of the firm's attorneys including training and continuing education, mentoring, orientation, work assignments, associate integration and other attorney professional development initiatives.

Before joining Cozen O'Connor, Mindy worked in the recruiting department of another large Philadelphia firm and prior to that for the admissions office of a law school. Mindy earned her Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from George Washington University in 2000, and her law degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2005.
