Pamela Pengelley, FCIArb, is a Fellow at the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Ciarb) since June 2024 and has been a Lawyer and Litigation Attorney at Cozen O'Connor since July 2005, where Pamela serves as Co-Chair of the Subrogation and Recovery Group for the Canadian Region. Pamela holds an LL.M (Master of Laws) from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School (2007-2008) and an LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws) from the same institution (2002-2005), along with a Certificate in International Business Law from Queen's University (2003) and a B.Sc. from the University of Toronto (2000-2002).
