Steven Silton

Steven Silton is a shareholder and member of the Board of Directors at Cozen O'Connor, an international law firm with 32 offices across three countries, since June 2013. In addition, Steven has served as the Director of the Bankruptcy Clinic at the University of St. Thomas since January 2010, co-founding the clinic alongside Tom Wallrich. Previous positions include Visiting Professor of Sports Law at the University of Miami School of Business Administration from February 2015 to February 2021, and Attorney-Partner at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP from July 2007 to June 2013. Steven has also held roles as an Adjunct Professor at William Mitchell College of Law, Partner at Mansfield, Tanick & Cohen, and Owner at Steven H. Silton, Attorney at Law. Steven began a legal career as a Law Clerk-Attorney at Fafinski & Wallrich.
