Vikram Gupta

Vikram Gupta is a seasoned marketing technology expert with extensive experience in the legal sector. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing Technology at Cozen O'Connor since June 2021, Vikram previously held senior roles, including Co-Chair of the Marketing Technology Shared Interest Group at the Legal Marketing Association from January 2021 to January 2023. Prior to this, Vikram was the Director of Marketing, Technology & Operations at Crowell & Moring LLP, overseeing global marketing initiatives from 2012 to January 2021. Vikram also directed marketing and operations at Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP, establishing the firm’s first Business Intelligence Group and leading various CRM initiatives. Early career experience includes roles at Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP focused on client relationship management strategies. Vikram holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management and a BSc in Marketing/Economics from Towson University.
