Alex Guerrero

Alex Guerrero has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, with a career spanning over two decades. Alex began their career as a Multi-Unit General Manager at Taco Bell, overseeing six locations in the South Bay Los Angeles area. In this role, they trained General Managers and was responsible for various aspects including P&L management, team development, and sanitation.

After their successful tenure at Taco Bell, Guerrero joined Togo's Eateries as a District Manager. Here, they oversaw multiple locations in the Los Angeles area and provided training to General Managers for new products and procedures. Alex also conducted audits to ensure cleanliness, sanitation procedures, and financial compliance.

Guerrero then transitioned to Rubio's Restaurants, where they served as a General Manager and New Restaurant Opener. Alex was responsible for opening and operating brand new restaurants, acclimating them to the neighborhood, and training managers. Additionally, they troubleshooted underperforming restaurants to bring them up to standard.

Moving forward in their career, Guerrero joined BJ's Restaurants as a General Manager. Here, they implemented new food rollouts and changes, trained employees and managers on new implementations, and ensured sales and profit targets were met.

Guerrero then joined Dos Locos MexiFlip Fusion LLC as a Business Owner and Consultant, where they combined the unique tastes of Mexican and Filipino cuisine to create a bicultural fusion gourmet experience. Alex served the community and spread the cultures of both cuisines.

Next, Guerrero joined Real Mex Restaurants as a Senior General Manager. Alex played a key role in leading operational excellence and building and improving systems for Real Mex Restaurant with El Torito. Alex operated multiple units between Irvine and Redondo Beach during peak summer season volume.

Following their tenure at Real Mex Restaurants, Guerrero joined Buffalo Wild Wings as a General Manager. Alex successfully managed the overall operations of the restaurant before eventually transitioning to their latest role.

Currently, Guerrero works as a Business Development Manager at Cozzini Bros. In this position, they are responsible for developing business opportunities and driving growth for the company.

Throughout their career, Guerrero has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills, a focus on sales and profit, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.

From 1991 to 1994, Alex Guerrero attended Rio Hondo College where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Criminology.
