Paul Ainsworth

Paul Ainsworth has extensive work experience in various leadership and financial roles. Paul is currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at Cozzini Bros. and has been the Chief Financial Officer since 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the CFO at Continental Materials Corporation from 2018 to 2021, where they successfully led a turnaround scenario and integrated multiple acquisitions. From 2014 to 2018, Paul Ainsworth served as the CFO for HN Precision, overseeing group reporting for private equity backed engineering businesses. Paul also worked as a Board Advisor at Britanica HDD from 2011 to 2015, where they provided drilling solutions for oil, gas, water, and cable infrastructure. In addition, they held the position of CFO and President at MD SolarSciences Corp from 2010 to 2012 and Treasurer at New Canaan Fire Company No1 from 2010 to 2012.

In the earlier stages of their career, Paul Ainsworth was the Vice President of Corporate Development at HomeServe USA from 2006 to 2009, leading US M&A and serving as a member of the Board of Directors. Paul Ainsworth has a diverse education history with a focus on finance, management, and supply chain. Paul obtained a BSc degree in Molecular Biology & Biochemistry from Durham University in 1992. From 1993 to 1996, they pursued a degree in Accounting and Finance at ICAEW, covering areas like accounting, business, investment analysis, management, and law.

In 1996, Paul received a Diploma in Investment Analysis & Corporate Finance from the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment. Paul further enhanced their finance expertise in 2001 when they obtained a Diploma in Corporate Finance from INSEAD.

Paul also attended Kellogg Executive Education and completed two programs without specific start or end years mentioned. One program focused on Lean Management, while the other covered Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management. Additionally, they obtained the Kellogg Executive Scholar Certificate in May 2022.
