Philip Patterson

Philip Patterson is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in senior leadership roles across various companies in the specialty chemicals and materials sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Senior Vice President (SVP) of Solenis since February 2018, Philip oversees financial strategy for a $7.5 billion multinational organization. Prior to this role, Philip held dual responsibilities as SVP of Strategy and CFO at CP Kelco, and previously served as Vice President and CFO for several divisions within the Hercules and Huber Engineered Materials companies. Philip holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Delaware and completed executive education at The Wharton School, as well as a B.S. in Accounting from Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware.
