Renata de Paola

Renata De Paola is a highly experienced professional currently working at CP Kelco since November 1998. Renata holds various titles within the company, including Director of Business & Operations Excellence, Global Director of Engineering, and Foodgums Platform Engineering Director. Renata has a diverse background in engineering and management, with previous experience at Nestlé and Jaakko Poyry Consulting as a Process Engineer. Renata holds an MBA in Industrial Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas.
