Vegard Hetting

Vegard Hetting is an experienced professional in engineering and operations management, currently serving as Head of Engineering & Operations Support at CP Kelco since May 2019. Prior roles include Operations Director & Site Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific, overseeing a team of approximately 400 employees in Roskilde, Denmark, and Director of Production at MHI Vestas Offshore Wind, leading the production of the MVOW V164 blades. Vegard Hetting has also held significant positions at Haldor Topsøe A/S, initially as Vice President Global Quality, Environment, Health & Safety and Regulatory Affairs, and later as Technical Director, responsible for the technical operations of a large plant. Previous experience includes Plant Manager at Glud & Marstrand A/S and Sectional Engineer at Bodycote. Vegard Hetting holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and Production Technology from the Technical University of Denmark.
