Jennifer Farr

Jennifer Farr, CPA, CA, currently serves as the Director of Member Engagement at the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia since May 2021, where efforts focus on member engagement activities and the development of value-added services for CPA members, candidates, and students. Previously, Jennifer held the position of Director of Practical Experience & Candidate Support, overseeing the department responsible for managing Practice Experience requirements in British Columbia. With extensive experience in financial governance and supplier management, roles at ICBC included Manager of the Supplier Management Office, where significant risk and performance measures were implemented for high-value expenditures. Earlier experience includes positions at The University of British Columbia as Strategic Sourcing Manager and at MNP as Senior Accountant, alongside foundational roles in accounting and customer service. Jennifer holds a Chartered Accountant designation from the CA School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Business, Accounting, from Vancouver Island University, and is currently participating in the Women Leading the Way Program at Minerva.
