Nicole Lier

Nicole Lier has extensive experience in the healthcare and financial sectors, with a focus on customer experience and member engagement at UCare since September 2012. As the Associate Director of Marketing, Member Experience, and Retention, and previously as a Health Promotion Program Manager, Nicole Lier has developed programs that serve nearly 500,000 members, emphasizing health prevention and social determinants of health. Prior to UCare, Nicole Lier worked as a Financial Advisor and Small Business Manager at Workman Financial Group, where responsibilities included market research, client portfolio management, and seminar event planning. Nicole Lier began a career in sales as a Sales Representative and Account Manager at Uline. Academic qualifications include a B.S. in Business Administration from North Dakota State University.
