Shilpa Kulkarni has a diverse work experience spanning from 2007 to 2023. Shilpa started their career as a Test engineer at StreamNet India Pvt Ltd in January 2007 and worked there until November 2008. In 2009, they joined GeometricPLM as a Software Test Engineer and stayed there until December 2012. From June 2013 to March 2015, Shilpa worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Orange Talent Consultants - India. In 2017, they became a Pedagogue at JUST LIKE HEMMA and held the position until June 2018. In August 2022, they joined Abilia as a Test Automation Engineer and left the company in November 2022. Currently, Shilpa is working as a Test Engineer at CPAC Systems AB, starting from April 2023.
Shilpa Kulkarni started their education journey in 2002 at Gogte Institute of Technology, Belgaum, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science. Shilpa completed their undergraduate studies in 2006. In 2015 to 2016, Shilpa enrolled in Positive Approach Guidance Centre to obtain a Nursery Teacher Training Course qualification. Continuing their education, in 2021, they joined IT-Högskolan to study Agile Test Automation. Later in the same year, Shilpa attended Jensen Yrkeshögskola to pursue a degree in Technical Tester.
