Jean-Paul Wallace

Jean-Paul has a strong track record in providing key legal advice and support as part of corporate leadership teams, including more than 10 years as a General Counsel.

Jean-Paul leads a team delivering services including legal risk management, tenders and general commercial contract reviews. He also leads the company secretary function relating to the company’s statutory requirements. Jean-Paul holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Bachelor of Arts, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia.
