Kevin McPhillips

Kevin McPhillips is a seasoned commercial director with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently serving as Commercial Director at CPB Contractors since March 2024, Kevin previously held the position of Commercial Leader for the Morley to Ellenbrook Project at Laing O'Rourke, managing a $1.6 billion alliance project. Kevin also served as Senior Commercial Manager for BGC Contracting, leading the NorthLink WA Stage 2 Project valued at $450 million. Earlier roles include positions at Galliford Try and Carillion/Alfred McAlpine Capital Projects, where Kevin was involved as a Senior Quantity Surveyor and Quantity Surveyor. Kevin holds a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying and a BTEC Higher National Certificate in Building Studies from The University of Salford.
