Mark Harrington

Mark Harrington is a seasoned commercial professional with extensive experience in the construction and infrastructure sectors, currently serving as Commercial Director at CPB Contractors since July 2015. Harrington has played pivotal roles in major projects, including the $11.2 billion Northeast Link PPP Tunnels, where prior positions included Deputy Commercial Director and Procurement Director. Previous experience encompasses significant contributions to the Melbourne Metro Tunnel Program as Commercial and Finance Manager and to the CityLink Tulla Widening Project. Additional experience includes senior roles at McConnell Dowell and Balfour Beatty Rail in Australia, as well as a background in commercial management with Transport for London. Harrington holds a Master's degree in Surveying from the University of Reading, a Graduate Diploma in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management from London Metropolitan University, and a BSc in Geography from Loughborough University.
