Jonneke Bolhaar

Jonneke Bolhaar's work experience includes being a Professor at Erasmus University Rotterdam starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at CPB Netherlands Bureau for Economic Policy Analysis, where they held roles such as Head of Labour market and Knowledge, Program Manager for Health Care and Education, and Senior Researcher from 2014 to the present. Before joining CPB, they were a postdoctoral researcher at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam from 2009 to 2015.

Jonneke Bolhaar holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Economics from VU University Amsterdam / Tinbergen Institute, completed between 2006 and 2010. Prior to this, Jonneke earned a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Economics from Tinbergen Institute, encompassing the years 2004 to 2006. Starting their academic journey, Jonneke obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economics from VU University Amsterdam during the period of 2000 to 2004.
