Tonya Heard

Tonya Heard has over 25 years of experience in customer service, particularly in roles involving customer relationship management and order fulfillment. Currently serving as Customer Service Supervisor at CPC - Colder Products Company since April 2018, Tonya has held multiple positions including Customer Service Lead and Customer Fulfillment Specialist. Prior to this, Tonya worked at Michael Foods from February 1998 to March 2018, where responsibilities included Consumer Brands Customer Service Supervisor and Key Account Representative. Tonya began a career in customer service after transitioning from an Accounting Specialist position, demonstrating strong adaptability and ambition. Tonya earned an Associate of Science degree in Business/Commerce from Cardinal Stritch University and completed education at Robbinsdale Cooper High School.
