Amy Patton, CPCU, AIC, AINS, currently serves as the Regulatory Compliance & Quality Manager at Crawford & Company since July 2019, where also holds the title of Quality Manager. In addition, Amy has been the Managing Chapter Governor for the CPCU Society since January 2020, overseeing the West and International Regions, and previously served as the Pacific Northwest Area Governor. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Property Claims Representative at MetLife from February 2014 to July 2019, as well as leadership positions within the Oregon Chapter of the CPCU Society, including Past President and President. Amy's foundational experience includes serving as a Senior Claims Representative at COUNTRY Financial® and Farmers Insurance. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science from Oregon State University, a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation from The Institutes, and leadership certificates from both Thunderbird School of Global Management and The Institutes.
