Susan Golla, CPCU, ARM, CRM, currently serves as Senior Vice President and Marketing Account Executive at McGriff, where specialization in public entities and detailed servicing and marketing is emphasized. Susan has also held the position of Vice-President and is an experienced Licensed Risk Manager and OCIP Coordinator, overseeing Owner-Controlled Insurance Programs. Additionally, Susan is involved with The Institutes CPCU Society as an Emerging Leaders Liaison on the CPCU Leadership Council. Prior experience includes account management for public entity and complex accounts across various companies from 1987 to 2001. Susan holds a degree in Business with a focus on Risk Management from Texas A&M University-San Antonio and has pursued education at both the University of Houston-Downtown and Texas A&M University.
