Becky Carrick-Reason

Becky Carrick-Reason has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Becky started their career as an HR Coordinator at the Institution of Mechanical Engineers in 2008, where they provided HR advice and support, managed major change programs, and was responsible for the training program and employee surveys. Becky then worked as a Human Resources Manager at Avanti Communications from 2012 to 2016. Following that, they served as the Interim HR Operations Manager EMERI at Christie's in 2017. In 2019, they joined Climate-KIC as an HR Business Partner. Most recently, they have been working at CDP, first as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner from 2021 to 2022, and then as the Head of People.

Becky Carrick-Reason pursued their education with dedication and commitment. Becky began their educational journey in 2004 at Lancaster University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in English Literature in 2007. Their passion for learning led their to further their studies at London Metropolitan University from 2009 to 2011, where they earned a Master's degree in Human Resource Management. Through their educational pursuits, they demonstrated a strong interest in both literature and human resources, indicating a diverse range of academic interests.
