Le Miao is a seasoned investment professional with over a decade of experience in private equity and investment management. As a Principal at CITIC Private Equity Funds Management since January 2010, Le Miao has successfully sourced and executed more than 11 private equity investments, including 5 leveraged buyout transactions, with significant achievements in the enterprise IT, payments, SaaS, and financial outsourcing sectors. Prior to this role, Le Miao served as an Investment Manager at Legend Holdings, executing over 20 investments in the TMT sectors, and had previous positions at an online media startup and McKinsey & Company, where strategic and analytical expertise were honed across various industries. Le Miao holds a Master’s Degree in Management Science and Engineering and a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems from Tsinghua University.
