Victor Demolin

Victor Demolin is a corporate governance and new business lawyer at CPFL Energia since November 2023, providing strategic legal advice on corporate governance, M&A transactions, and stakeholder engagement. Previously, from 2021 to 2023, Victor served as a contracts and corporate advisory lawyer within the same company, focusing on complex contract negotiations and corporate matters. Prior experience includes working as a corporate lawyer at D&G Advogados from 2020 to 2022, where Victor specialized in commercial contracts, compliance programs, and strategic litigation. Victor holds a Pós-graduação Lato Sensu in Auditing, Compliance, and Control from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from UNISAL - Centro Universitário Salesiano de São Paulo.
