Seth Ferguson

Seth Ferguson is the COO at CPI Capital - Real Estate Private Equity and the Founder of The Multifamily Conference, which is North America's premier multifamily real estate investing event. As the CEO of Multifamily Real Estate Investments Inc, Seth provides investment opportunities for high net worth individuals. Seth is also the host of the cable TV show, Real Estate Simplified, and the podcast, Real Wealth Through Real Estate. Additionally, Seth is the author of the book "Sell For More" and was previously a Real Estate Broker & Team Leader at CENTURY 21 Dreams Inc. Seth has a background as a referee in the Ontario Hockey League and is currently pursuing education at the Ontario Real Estate College.
