Maxmillian Michieli

Maxmillian Michieli has a diverse work experience, encompassing roles in sustainability products, new card development, operations, and product development. Maxmillian has worked at CPI Card Group since 2000, starting as an Operations Manager and eventually becoming a Director of Sustainability Products. During their time at CPI, they have led teams, focused on KPIs, and driven innovation in card products. In 2017, Maxmillian also founded "your prayer life," a podcast aimed at supporting individuals in their prayer journey.

Maxmillian Michieli studied Graphic Design at Platt College-Aurora. Additionally, they obtained the CSCIP (Certified Smart Card Industry Professional) certification from the Smart Card Alliance in 2013 and the ACE-M (Accreditation in Card Manufacturing) certification from ICMA in 2012.
