Jon Naylor

Jon Naylor has extensive experience in the compression industry, currently serving as Vice President EMEA at Compressor Products International (CPI) since 1997. CPI specializes in high-quality sealing components and lubrication systems for the compression sector, maintaining a legacy of over 100 years. Prior to the current role, Jon Naylor held positions as General Manager at CPI UK, where responsibilities included full P&L management and leadership of 100 staff across various functions, and as Sales Director, overseeing global sales management. Earlier career experience includes serving as Area Sales Manager at Dresser-Rand, a Siemens Business, and as Product Engineer and Project Engineer at Weir Pumps Ltd.
