Diane Day has extensive experience in customer service and operations management, currently holding the position of Customer Service Manager at CPI Books UK since March 2017, following roles as Senior Customer Service Executive and Customer Service Executive within the same company. Prior to this, Diane worked at Everest Home Improvements as Operations Planning Manager from February 2010 to June 2016, and earlier, Diane began their career at CPI Books UK in 1997 as a Customer Service Executive, where Diane gained foundational skills in customer relations.
