Caroline Hoak

Caroline joined CPI in 2014 and focuses on pre- and post-MBA recruiting for the Firm’s investment clients across multiple strategies. Prior to joining CPI, Caroline worked at a boutique executive search firm where she focused on private equity and hedge fund searches across varying levels, industries and investment strategies. Caroline formerly worked at the Walt Disney Company in financial and strategic planning, in both California and New York. Before joining Disney, Caroline worked at the New York Stock Exchange and the American Stock Exchange in both business development and regulatory capacities, at which time she passed Level 1 of the CFA exam. Caroline graduated from Providence College with a BS in Marketing. She also received an MBA with honors from the University of Southern California – Marshall School of Business.
