Damon Lenski

Damon Lenski is an accomplished business executive with extensive experience in sales and account management within the technology and scientific instrumentation sectors. Currently serving as President at CPIA since June 2022, Damon also holds the position of General Manager at Avantes Inc., where responsibilities include directing sales efforts across the Americas and achieving significant growth in sales. Previously, Damon served as Sr. Global Account Manager at Maxtor Corporation, managing key OEM accounts and leading global account management teams. Damon has also worked as a Managing Business Analyst/Consultant and a Business Development Analyst, focusing on market strategy and financial analysis, with a strong educational background that includes an MBA from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor of Science from Colorado State University.
