Leigha Spelbrink

Leigha Spelbrink, SHRM-CP, has over a decade of experience in recruitment and project planning, currently serving as Manager of Project Planning at Canadian Pacific Railway since August 2011. In various roles, including Recruitment Specialist and Coordinator of Staffing and Recruiting at the same company, Leigha effectively collaborates with HR teams and hiring managers to execute comprehensive recruitment processes, from job description development to candidate selection and offer management. Prior to this, Leigha worked as a Recruiter at Christensen Farms for several months in 2011. An alumnus of the University of Minnesota, Leigha holds bachelor's degrees in Human Resources Development and Business and Marketing Education.
