Monika Gomboc

Monika Gomboc has a diverse work experience. Monika is currently the Head of Branch Office at collaboration Factory AG since February 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Trusted Advisor at Gomboc Advisory starting from February 2017. From September 2013 to January 2017, they served as a Manager at MHP – A Porsche Company. Before that, they held the position of Principal at ACTANO GmbH from November 2005 to August 2013. From May 1999 to October 2005, they worked as the Head of Enterprise Project Management Office & Strategic Program Management at Kärcher. Monika also has experience in Key Account Management at Telekom Malaysia from March 1998 to April 1999. Monika started their career at PROTEC GmbH & Co. KG, where they worked as a University of cooperative education from September 1994 to September 1997. Additionally, they worked in a Controlling role at Marriott International for a short period from October 1996 to December 1996.

Monika Gomboc pursued their education starting from 1994 to 1997 at the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) where they obtained a Diploma in Business Administration with a specialization in Industry and Service Management. In 1996, they briefly attended Georgia State University, focusing on General Management, Business Administration, and Economics. Following that, from 1997 to 1998, Monika studied at the Institute for Economics and Languages in Hamburg, securing a Graduate Fellowship in Intercultural Competence and Language in Southeast Asia.

In addition to their formal education, Monika Gomboc obtained various certifications. These include becoming a Certified Project Manager, Level C through the IPMA: International Project Management Association, as well as achieving the same certification at Level D through the GPM Deutsche Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Projektmanagement e. V. Monika also received training in Leadership Grid from Grid International, Inc. Furthermore, Monika was a scholarship holder of the Heinz Nixdorf Foundation and the Heinz Nixdorf Program of the German Society for International Cooperation. Monika also completed a State-certified Business Assistant program at the Duale Hochschule Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg and became a State-certified trainer (IHK) through IHK Region Stuttgart.
